PROJECT DESCRIPTION
It was the first order from NBI that achieved LEED Certification, the most used US system in the world for classifying energy efficiency and the ecological footprint of buildings. It is the renovation between 2009 and 2012 of the “E”, “D” and “C” buildings of the ENI company in Rome.
The contract included the construction design, construction and commissioning of mechanical, electrical and special systems. Immediately afterwards, NBI also worked on the “B” and “A” buildings, again achieving a LEED certification.
