PROJECT DESCRIPTION
NBI S.p.A. deals with the management, management and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of all buildings and fixed systems of the University of Milan-Bicocca.
NBI will carry out the order in the Temporary Business Association - together with the Innova Consortium, which has assigned the execution of the works to the CPL CONCORDIA consortium - with the mandate (40%) for all the integrated Facility Management services.
The four-year contract will focus on the global conservation of all the global heritage of the University of Milan-Bicocca equal to approximately 250 thousand square meters between classrooms, offices, laboratories, gym, student hall and study spaces.
For global technological service activities, NBI S.p.A. will run the service through the Archibus (r) software, one of the most advanced IT management systems used in Facility & Property Management.
