OSPEDALE DI PRATO

The contract includes the design and construction of the new structural and civil works, the construction of the systems and the related tests. The new “Biancalani” building will be built next to the Santo Stefano Hospital and will house 104 beds and various clinics. The contract also includes the arrangement of the external areas and the expansion of the parking lot for hospital staff with new 154 parking spaces.

The Santo Stefano Hospital and the Biancalani building will be connected by an underground tunnel and a suspended connecting walkway located at the height of the first floor of the new structure.

The structure as a whole will have a high energy performance, in compliance with current regulations and the “CAM Requirements”, the Minimum Environmental Criteria.
