CINECITTA’

NBI is involved in the construction of one of the new Cinecittà sound stages in Rome.
The “T19” theater consists of a building measuring 48.5 x 24 m, which houses the stage theater and the services body.
Compliance with the highest standards of environmental sustainability was the principle behind the design of the property. This approach in the design phase will allow the creation of a structure with very high energy performance in compliance with the regulations and the "CAM Requirements", the Minimum Environmental Criteria, in force. The combination of the various infill, insulating and high thermal performance wall packages and the energy production system from renewable sources ensure that the building has a great capacity to balance the energy produced with that consumed and that only partially uses energy from the distribution network. Attention in the choice of materials will guarantee the structure a high fire resistance capacity.
