Hera is one of the main national multi-utilities, a leader in the waste collection and treatment, energy distribution and sale, integrated water cycle management sectors.

The Group’s new headquarters in Bologna was built by NBI: design, construction of civil works and mechanical, electrical and special systems.

The building consists of a basement for a garage of approximately 3,200 square meters, containing 62 parking spaces and 45 motorcycle parking spaces. The ground floor for offices, restaurant, bar and related services of approximately 2,000 m2. The 3 three floors from the first to the fourth destined to offices of approximately 1,900 m2 each for approximately 5,500 m2. The outdoor parking on the ground floor is approximately 4,000 square meters and contains 118 parking spaces and 19 motorcycle parking spaces.
