MULTISERVICE MAINTENANCE BY NBI FOR THE “ALMA MATER STUDIORUM UNIVERSITY OF BOLOGNA”

The O&M and Energy Department of NBI S.p.A. manages the multiservice maintenance of all the real estate assets in some locations of the “Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna”. The contract will be carried out in the university offices in Cesena, Forlì, Ravenna, Rimini, Predappio, Cesenatico, Imola, Fano, Faenza and Civitella di Romagna.

The contract concerns the maintenance of electrical, thermal, mechanical, fire-fighting, special systems and emergency intervention H24 in an intervention area of approximately 111,833 square meters.

For all these activities, NBI uses the Archibus (r) software which is one of the most advanced management information systems used in Facility & Property Management.
