The Apuan Hospital in Massa – where NBI designed, built, commissioned and tested the electrical, specialised, mechanical and technological systems in the new buildings and annexes – was inaugurated on 15 January.
The new hospital complex, with four floors above ground and one below, has a total floor area of 105,750 square metres, of which 25,500 sq m are assigned for car parking.
It offers 360 beds for recovering patients, 30 for haemodialysis treatment and 12 for short-term observation.
NBI has also been awarded a 15-year lease agreement to run the systems and perform full-risk ordinary and extraordinary maintenance operations.
