The web server used by Astaldi S.p.A., which is operated by third parties, automatically collects, solely for statistical purposes, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. In particular, this is the domain name of the visitor’s Internet Provider and the IP address used to connect the PC with the network (Internet Protocol).
Cookies
During the visit to the Site, there is no automatic sending of cookies.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, voluntarily sending of data through the e-mail system entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address as required to respond to the user’s requests, and of any such other personal data that is typed therein.
Optional conferral of data
With the sole exception of navigation data, for the reasons discussed above, the user is free to choose whether or not to provide personal data.

Treatments related to the use of this Site take place at the aforementioned legal offices of the party responsible for treatment, and at the legal offices of the Provider hosting the Site – eLogic S.r.l., Via Paolo Nanni Costa 30, 40133, Bologna – and are seen to by personnel hired by the party responsible for treatment and by the Provider, or by such persons as may be placed in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
Without prejudice to the indications made herein, no data may be disclosed or spread.
Rights of the interested parties
The parties to whom the personal data refer may at any time exercise the rights provided for by art. 7 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, and in particular the rights to obtain confirmation as to the existence of personal data regarding them, even if not yet recorded; to find out their origin and content; to verify their accuracy; and to ask to supplement, update, or correct them.
These parties shall also be entitled to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or stoppage of such data as may be treated in violation of the law, as well as to oppose the treatment thereof, on legitimate grounds.
